Receiving Wreaths & Garland after purchase:

✔ PICK-UP:

All wreath and Garland orders are pick-up only if delivery is not added. Pick-ups will be available starting December 1st. available Monday-Friday and will be packaged for safe transport. Please email us with questions or to schedule a specific time.

✔ DELIVERY:

We offer local delivery for all wreaths and garland, straight to your door starting December 1st. All deliveries are a $25 add-on, must be added prior to check-out. If you do not add delivery it will need to be picked up.

Delivery Areas:

We proudly serve the entire Front Range from Fort Collins → Denver → Castle Rock.

What kind of greenery do you use & how fresh is fresh?

Yes! All of our products are custom made with premium fresh, live, greenery, hand-selected and designed the week of your installation or pickup. The most common feedback we get is how fragrant our greenery is- better than a Christmas cedar and pine candle. We use a curated blend of cedar, pine, fir, magnolia, eucalyptus, and other seasonal varieties. Every piece is made by hand and designed to look full, lush, and naturally styled.

How long does the greenery last?

Our greenery typically looks fresh for 3–6 weeks. We dip all greenery in a glycerin based solution, which helps lock in moisture and extend longevity. Because we dip and treat all greenery your wreaths and garland stay softer, greener, and fresher compared to untreated greens. Longevity depends on weather conditions, sun exposure, and indoor heating. When in doors or in direct light it will not last as long.

  • Outdoor décor: 3–6 weeks

  • Indoor décor: 2–4 weeks (depending on temperature + humidity)

How can I help my greenery last longer?

To maximize freshness:

  • Keep greenery away from direct heat sources and strong sun exposure

  • Mist lightly every few days (especially indoor pieces)

  • Avoid touching or crushing branches

  • Outdoor installations generally last the longest due to cold temperatures

Installation-What should I expect!

PRIOR CONSENT IS REQUIRED on all garland and entryway arch installations, highlighted prior to adding items to your cart. When you book an installation, we handle everything for you after check-out. After check-out is complete, we’ll email you within 48 hours to get you scheduled during the week you selected, confirm installation requirements, and to discuss any special request.

  • Installation Windows- Week 1- Dec 1-7th, Week 2- Dec 8th-15th, Week 3- Dec 16th-20th, selected prior to adding the item/s to your cart.

  • We install all garlands, and entryway pieces securely and professionally with either nails, masonry nails, screws, brick claws, zip ties, 3m hooks, Heavy Duty sticky hooks, and more.

  • We style your greenery to look full, draped, and designer-finished

  • We clean up all clippings before leaving

You don’t need to prep anything in advance — just make sure we have access to the areas being decorated.

Care, once greenery is installed?

To keep your greenery looking fresh:

  • Mist outdoor greenery 2–3 times a week with water or Anti-wilt preservative you can purchase online or at your local convenient store. Here’s the one I use- Wilt Stop.

  • Avoid placing fresh greens near heat vents indoors

  • Keep indoor pieces out of direct sunlight

Outdoor pieces naturally last longer due to cooler temperatures.

Do you offer custom designs?

Chya! We specialize in customized holiday décor. All of our greenery offers elements of customization. From semi-custom, selecting ribbon colors and bell add-ons to full custom Garland and Entryway Arches. Yes! We love working with other businesses and helping with event decor. We provide custom live greenery installations for events, storefronts, offices, and commercial spaces. We offer B2B partnership rates. Whether you need a statement entryway, photo-ready backdrop, holiday staircase, mantel installation, or full business décor, we design, deliver, and install everything for you.
