What Can I Expect With My Delivery?
Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once your order is processed—consider yourself officially booked! If you have a special request or preferred delivery date, just send us a note at thepunkinporch@gmail.com.

When do deliveries begin?
Pumpkin deliveries will be offered from September 18th - November 9th. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery and installation. Your setup will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to install. You can select your preferred delivery week when selecting your package.

What Areas do you Service?
Local areas receive FREE delivery- Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Boulder and Broomfield. We’re more than happy to provide service in surrounding areas, please send us an email to confirm location. Please note there will be a delivery fee of $25 outside of the local areas listed above.

What to Expect During Removal/ Pickup?
For those who book our removal service, spots are also first-come, first-serve, and offered after Halloween or after Thanksgiving. Please note: we can only remove un-carved pumpkins and hay. Any carved or decaying pumpkins will need to be disposed of by the homeowner.

Pumpkin Care?
Our pumpkins are delivered fresh from the patch and will vary naturally in shape, size, and color. We strive to provide the best quality pumpkins, though we can’t guarantee the longevity of your pumpkins, and cannot replace pumpkins that decay or rot. We treat our pumpkins prior to delivery to help extend the lifespan.

Refund Policy?
All sales are final. However, if you’d like to transfer your package to a friend, family member, or neighbor, we’re happy to make that happen—as long as it’s within the same season.
